Lawyers & paralegals

Disability insurance law is distinct from personal injury, motor vehicle, and employment law. We know disability law and we can tell you if your client might have an LTD claim and then work closely with you to ensure that our mutual clients are able to maximize their settlements and avoid inadvertently prejudicing any potential rights to other benefits.
